LIFTING 3x per week: 14 weeks

Monday/Wednesday: 4:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am

CONDITIONING 3x per week: 14 weeks

Tuesday: 4:30pm

Thursday: 4:30pm

Friday: 4:30pm

YOGA 2X PER month:

Athlete Registration: $520.00 Full Program

Early Registration: $500.00

This program is open to any athlete 13 or older

Start Date: December 2nd — Baseline Testing

End Date: March 3rd-6th — Post Program Testing
